Can I return or exchange it?
Personalized pieces are made just for her, so they are final sale. If it arrives damaged or with an engraving error, email us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and we replace it free of charge. The gift bag can be returned within 30 days.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund. Once engraving has started the order can't be cancelled. Refunds land back on your original payment method in 2 to 7 business days.
