What is the necklace made of?

High quality stainless steel, in a Silver Finish or 18K Gold Plating, made to keep its shine with everyday wear. The two pear cut birthstones and the names are set and engraved to your order.

How much is shipping?

Standard tracked shipping is free worldwide. Priority shipping is available at checkout from $7.95, and your exact delivery estimate is shown there before you pay.

How do I track my order?

Your tracking number is emailed as soon as the necklace ships. Allow 1 to 2 days for the first scan. You can follow it any time on our Track Order page.

What if I made a typo in a name?

Email support@vonriche.com with your order number within 12 hours and we will correct it before engraving starts.

Can I return or exchange it?

Personalized pieces are made just for her, so they are final sale. If it arrives damaged or with an engraving error, email us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and we replace it free of charge. The gift bag can be returned within 30 days.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund. Once engraving has started the order can't be cancelled. Refunds land back on your original payment method in 2 to 7 business days.
